Perform the search on your floppy drives/CDRoms/HardDrives/My Documents, Whole PC or a connected Local Area Network. Find files by name/partial name/filetype/size/date/attributes or file contents and specify whether you want just files, just folders or both. Also allows you to find more than one file or file type in a single search. Save your 20 most used folders for quick access using the Favourites area. Contents can be searched for multiple keywords on a line by line basis or matching anywhere throughout whole document. View the lines where the keywords/phrases are found at a glance without having to open each file in turn. Ability to Rename/Delete Permanently/Send to Recycle Bin/Send to Notepad/Send to Hex Viewer any or all files found by the search. Files can be searched for by size in either Bytes/Kb/Mb or Gb. Match size with Greater Than, Less Than or Equal to qualifiers down to single byte level. Search for files by date that have been modified/accessed/created within a date range or find files that have been modified/accessed/created within the last few days or months. Files can be found by their attributes (Read Only/Hidden/System/Archive) plus extra attributes Directory/Compressed/Temporary Print off the files/list of files & directories in the currently selected folder and the results of any searches performed. Control the depth of the search, whether to include Hidden and System files and specify a tolerance so it only searches files up to a certain size etc. Sort and reorder columns at the click of the mouse Save your settings to avoid having to each time u do a regular search. Save Results to a comma delimited file for importing into Excel etc. Choose to view files in Notepad/Installed application or the built-in Hex Viewer.
